ROLE: Real Estate – Commercial Litigator (Non-Equity Partner, Lateral)
Location: Concord, NH
Compensation: $135,000 – $175,000 base (larger portable book may
support increased compensation)
Level: Lateral Partner | Minimum Portable Book: $300,000+
About the Opportunity:
Seeking an accomplished Real Estate – Commercial Litigator to join as
a lateral partner (anticipated Non-Equity Partner structure). Must
bring an established real estate-focused commercial litigation
practice. The firm can provide approximately 300-500 hours of
firm-generated work to complement the partner’s portable client base.
Qualifications:
– Established real estate-based commercial litigation practice
– Minimum $300,000+ portable book of business (larger book strongly preferred)
– Strong client relationship and business-development capabilities
– Ability to manage sophisticated commercial disputes independently
– Admission and good standing appropriate to practice in New Hampshire
